What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dental Sterilization Technician position at Modern Dental Associates?
Responsibilities:
- Perform sterilization and disinfection procedures for dental instruments and equipment
- Follow strict infection control protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient visits, including setting up instruments and materials
- Utilize our dental software system for scheduling, recordkeeping and tracking
- Ensure lab cases are checked in, patients are scheduled, and cases are ready for the patients appointment
Skills Preferred:
- Dental assisting experience, including knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
- Familiarity with medical records management and confidentiality practices
- Experience with dental software systems
- Knowledge of infection control protocols and practices in a healthcare setting
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail

Pay: $15.00 - $24.00 per hour
