As a Production Associate, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and consistency.

Key responsibilities :

• Operate production equipment and machinery to manufacture cannabis products according to standard operating procedures
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Accurately record production data and maintain detailed production logs
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed

Salary

$18 - $20 USD per hour

Required Skills

• Must be at least 21 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Basic computer skills for data entry and record keeping
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods of time

Desired Skills

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Knowledge of cannabis products and industry regulations
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Forklift certification or experience operating material handling equipment
• Experience with inventory management systems
• Understanding of quality control processes and procedures
