Modern Fittings Inc is looking for a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. We are a family owned business that has been in business for over 20 years. We are looking for someone that is dependable, reliable, and has the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. We are looking for someone that is self motivated, and has the ability to work with minimal supervision. This position will require you to be able to take sales orders and make sure they are followed through on. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the ability to multi-task, have a positive attitude, and be able to follow-up with customers and managers.
Responsibilities:
- Inside Sales/Outside Sales
- Answer any customer questions or provide additional information on products or pricing
- You are skilled in leadership, relationship selling and new business development
- You are outgoing and personable with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- You are a good listener, speaker and have a hunter mindset
- Turn cold and warm leads into qualified prospects.
- Super independent and self-sufficient. You need little management, coaching and mentorship.
- Extremely flexible – able to tackle anything that comes your way
