Production Assistant

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our Modern Roofing LLC team. The ideal candidate will assist in various stages of the production process, ensuring efficiency and quality with honesty and integrity.

Duties:

• The candidate must follow all procedures and guidelines during and after training.
• MUST HAVE a Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
• Operate forklifts for material handling purposes.
• Use mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain production machinery.
• Must be able to tow and back up a trailer.
• Assist in warehouse activities such as organizing inventory and materials.
• Ordering material for all locations.
• Customer service skills over the phone and in person.
• Organization skills in an office setting.
• Basic computer software experience.
• Complete all tasks given by upper management per responsibilities.

Experience:

• Prior experience in a production environment is preferred
• Experience operating forklifts is a plus
• Familiarity with warehouse operations is a plus.

Hours of operation:

8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday- Friday (with the possibility of over time)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
