Responsibilities
- Lead pricing development for government and commercial proposals.
- Create pricing models based on RFP requirements, terms and directions
- Support cost volume development/narratives
- Support Price To Win Development/Competitive Analysis
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in preparing pricing models for federal solicitations and contracts
Must have knowledge and understanding of proposal and capture strategies.
Experience in all types of contracts (CPFF, CPAF, T&M, FFP etc.) is required.
Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced deadline-oriented environment.
Perform business and management tasks in the area of Pricing with minimal supervision.
- Proven experience developing and working with Excel Pricing Models
- Ability to read an RFP/RFQ and understand price volume deliverables, required formats, and evaluation factors
- Familiarity with all phases of solicitation processes such as RFI/RFP/RFQ responses and negotiations
- Demonstrated knowledge of all contract types including FFP, CPFF, CPAF and T&M
- Familiarity with Government Cost Accounting Principles and the FAR/DFAR
- Possess excellent communication, teamwork and collaboration skills
- Show solid analytical skills
- Excellent verbal, written, analytical and presentation skills.
- Be able to manage time independently and productively
Education:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting/Finance or related field
