ModMed is hiring a driven Renewal Specialist (internally referred to as an "RCM Business Operations Specialist") to process and perform ongoing reviews of customer contracts, rates, provider licensing, and SaaS waivers. The role will be responsible for completing challenging and complex customer requests in an efficient and timely manner within compliance of company requirements and quality expectations, ensuring an excellent customer transaction experience.

Your Role:

Serve as a point reference to interpret the terms of RCM agreements, addressing any questions that may arise
Research and analyze customer accounts working through a customer backlog and resolving any contract discrepancies
Interpret RCM customer agreements and addendums, in order to accurately enter, manage and deliver changes according to requirements
Process customer churn and provider licensing updates
Deliver exceptional customer service through proper analysis of customer requirements, on-time delivery, and timely communication of Agreement status
Fulfills administrative requests coming in through multiple channels, i.e. Salesforce cases, tasks, and e-mail
Build strong relationships within all areas of the business to promote collaboration
Perform additional tasks as required to drive efficiencies in RCM Operations

Skills & Requirements:

Ability to work onsite within our Boca Raton, FL headquarters three days per week
Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent education/experience
2 years of customer contracting or renewals experience within a software company is strongly preferred
Prior experience with SalesForce, and Mac is a plus
Persistent follow-up skills
Highly detail-oriented
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and innovative environment
Must be able to work in a team environment, anticipate needs, and exceed customer expectations.
Proactive work ethic and team player with a positive attitude and independent thinker empowered to make decisions without immediate supervision
