We are recruiting a Production Lead to join our growing company from the ground level. This is a full-time job with steady income and benefits such as medical, paid company holidays, etc. More importantly, we will train you and give you the opportunity to advance quickly in your new career.
We are looking for the following:
- 2 years of experience (solid surface industry preferred but not required)
- 1 years of experience supervising a manufacturing team
- Have organization skills
- Be able to identify internal and external factors to get the job done
- Be able to plan accordingly to achieve outlined goals
- Must have team management and leadership skills
- Manage day-to-day operations
- Problem solving skills
- Position is bonus incentivized
Must have some knowledge of CAD design and Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Education: Highschool/ GED
