Who We Are: CareGivers America is a local provider of Home Care Services with 25 locations in Pennsylvania. We care for the aging and disabled populations in their homes and communities. We are a Modivcare company with affiliate personal care brands across 7 states.
Due to an expansion we are seeking a Care Coordinator for our Clarks Summit Office Location
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the day to day administrative duties of a Non-Medical Office
- Drive quality outcomes for customers through exceptional care and customer service
- Hire/Supervise CareGivers and Nursing Assistants
- Schedule/Match Nurses and Nursing Assistants to meet the needs of our customers
- Build and maintain relationships with potential referral sources
- Maintain & manage regulatory compliance
- After hours on-call support
Qualifications:
- Must be caring, generous, and attentive
- High school diploma, College degree in HR, Business Management preferred
- Prior experience in home care, HR or scheduling roles preferred
- Must possess excellent Microsoft Office skills, specifically in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to network and market the business may include public speaking, cold calling, in-services, etc.
- Bilingual Spanish/English
Customer Demographics:
- Pediatric (Infant – 17 yrs old)
- Aging/Geriatric (60 yrs )
- Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities (Autism, Profound ID, etc)
- Physical Disabilities (Cerebral Palsy, Multiple Sclerosis, Muscular Dystrophy, etc)
Pay:
- Hourly pay varies with experience, location & schedule
