We’re a patient-centered medical practice with 4 clinics in North Dallas. Our mission is to impact our patients to take a proactive approach to their health and ultimately impact our community for the better.
The role involves prospecting new patients to come into our clinics from our internal list and new lead generation efforts.
If hired as an outbound team member, you will be responsible for contacting & following up with both inbound and outbound potential patients to see if they could potentially be a good fit for our medical programs and then set appointments for our Patient Success Team.
This position is perfect for someone who is wanting to start off in sales and looking for a way to earn their stripes. But if you already have experience within the industry, this is a total bonus.
With this role, full training will be given so being willing to learn a proven process and then sticking to it is crucial to your success.
Here are some of the details you need to know:
- You’ll handle inbound/outbound calls.
- Paid Training.
- The position is full-time
- Base pay Commission after training.
- Must want to help people.
- Must have a positive attitude.
You need to be comfortable spending a lot of time on your phone and computer (Access to a computer and cell phone is a must-have [Don’t worry, you won’t be calling from your personal cell phone] )
