Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Systems Coordinator to join our team. As a systems coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing various projects within our organization. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Duties:
- Coordinate and manage projects from initiation to completion
- Work with project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and ensure alignment
- Ensure project documentation is accurate and up-to-date

Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with data entry and clerical tasks
- Knowledge of construction operations, being familiar with construction codes is a plus
