What are the responsibilities and job description for the Wave Planner position at Moen?
*Job Description*
*Responsibilities*
* Ensure all facility safety rules and regulations are followed and all violations are reported immediately
* Promote good housekeeping of the facility and adherence to the 5s program
* Assist in driving the facility Safety Audits, Weekly Zone walks and Quality audit programs
* Perform all technical job duties which include releasing daily work to the picking associates and setting them up in the EWM system.
* Ensure compliance of handling special identified customer processing requests via e-mails
* Preparing waves for processing by prioritizing orders and consolidating waves
* Evaluate barriers and communicate with coordinators and coaches
* Minimize and track out of work situations for the picking team
* Ensure completion of all waves within 3 hours
* Partner with Coordinators to address all problem piles in the picking area by end of shift
* Update all tracking logs, boards, audits, emails, and checklists daily
* Assist with the error logs and various reports to monitor status of pending orders
* Take action on processing incomplete orders within the designated time metric
* Escalate any system problems which affect work flow
* Ensure proper flow by partnering with the shipping department, this includes releasing to the small parcel area, LTL lines, sortation loop, and packing area
* Work as a member of a team, accomplish team goals and operational objectives
* Assist Department Coordinators toward analyzing and detecting problems and work toward their ultimate solution
* Work in production when needed
* Perform all other duties as assigned
*Qualifications*
* High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) is required
* Minimum of 1 year of related warehouse experience is required
* Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to deal with all levels of staff, customers, suppliers, and operations
* Ability to prioritize and achieve objectives in a fast-paced environment
* High degree of credibility
* Demonstrated success handling multiple priorities and multi-tasking
* Ability to influence others to perform their jobs effectively and to be responsible for making decisions
* Ability to use thinking and reasoning to problem solve
Ability to utilize the available time to organize and complete work within given deadlines

Hiring Pay Range: $41,620 - $50,336
