Responsibility

• Perform all stablished safe working procedures
• Perform style changes according to specification
• Perform quality audits on carpets for lines, pile height, width, tickets and backing
• Monitor weight variance reports
• Verify meters for accuracy
• Maintain and monitor dye header report
• Work in wet lab as needed
• Housekeeping: keep assigned area cleaned and organized
• Other duties that may arise in quality assurance in order to keep department running

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a hot and wet environment
• Maintain an orderly work environment
• Must be able to pass color test for carpet colors and defects
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to do reading, writing, and math comprehension
• Follow all established safe working procedures
• Good verbal, written communication, and organization skills
• Must be an effective team member with problem-solving capabilities

Proficient using department specific software, hardware, and equipment
