What we need:
Mohawk is looking for an RPA Developer to automate repetitive computer tasks including data entry, rule-based decision making, data gathering through queries and UI extraction, inbound/outbound communication through email/SMS/SFTP, customer website interaction, and AI-based data extraction from inbound documents.
What you’ll do:
Design and implement complex RPA process solutions in accordance with standard RPA best practices
Interface with teams across different areas of the business to define automation requirements and feasibility
Focus on maximizing our automation impact by following the “80/20 rule”, allowing teams to continue handling the remaining tasks manually
Perform all technical aspects of RPA development using the Microsoft Power Automate platform, and other technologies such as API calls, Python scripting and SQL
Identify, track and monitor project deliverables to ensure successful project completion
What you have:
Undergraduate or master’s degree in business, IT, engineering, mathematics, science or other relevant discipline
Strong understanding of RPA (experience with Power Automate preferred)
1-3 years of experience in mapping processes and implementing automation
Ability to write basic SQL and Python scripts (preferred)
