What we need:

Mohawk is looking for an RPA Developer to automate repetitive computer tasks including data entry, rule-based decision making, data gathering through queries and UI extraction, inbound/outbound communication through email/SMS/SFTP, customer website interaction, and AI-based data extraction from inbound documents.

What you’ll do:

• Design and implement complex RPA process solutions in accordance with standard RPA best practices

• Interface with teams across different areas of the business to define automation requirements and feasibility

• Focus on maximizing our automation impact by following the “80/20 rule”, allowing teams to continue handling the remaining tasks manually

• Perform all technical aspects of RPA development using the Microsoft Power Automate platform, and other technologies such as API calls, Python scripting and SQL

• Identify, track and monitor project deliverables to ensure successful project completion

  
  

What you have:

• Undergraduate or master’s degree in business, IT, engineering, mathematics, science or other relevant discipline

• Strong understanding of RPA (experience with Power Automate preferred)

• 1-3 years of experience in mapping processes and implementing automation

• Ability to write basic SQL and Python scripts (preferred)
