Summary:
MOI seeks a highly-skilled, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to become part of our creative, collaborative, and high-energy team. As an integral part of this team, you'll have the opportunity to craft content to develop collateral for internal and external marketing, produce proposals and presentations to help MOI win new projects, and help the team differentiate MOI’s brand. The marketing team supports all office locations, so the ability to collaborate in-person and virtually is necessary. The ideal candidate is an organized self-starter who is confident under tight deadlines, is able to prioritize tasks, and is a great storyteller.

- Develops copy for blogs, press releases, newsletters, social media, and/or media opportunities to differentiate MOI’s brand.
- Writes and/or updates marketing templates including case studies, resumes, proposal materials, project references, etc.
- Research potential press opportunities and coordinate with prospective press and media outlets to increase brand awareness
- Participates in proposal strategy kick-off meetings to establish timelines and manage assignments as needed to complete effective submittals.
- Develop and execute winning RFQ and RFP responses, actively leading and delivering at all stages of proposal and presentation development including writing, editing, and visual communication.
- Performs proofreading, editing, and writing activities to ensure proposal message consistency and compliance.
- Reviews proposal drafts and final versions with the Director of Marketing to ensure thoroughness, accuracy, financial considerations, quality, and effective design and layout.
- Provides input and collaboration with the marketing team to help establish priorities and protocols for responding to business opportunities and other marketing-related inquires.
- Develops and maintains content quality control process for all proposal responses, marketing content, website content, etc., following MOI brand standards.
- Maintain confidentiality of work as required by clients
- Assist with special projects as needed

Required Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Technical Writing, or Graphic Design, or equivalent work experience.
- 2 - 4 years of marketing experience in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- A high level of working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud is required (specifically InDesign).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
- Excellent technical writing and editing skills are desired.
Additional Consideration Will Be Given for the Following Qualifications:
- Experience working in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry is a plus.
- Technical writing background and/or marketing experience for professional services. Provide a sample portfolio if available
- A good eye for visualization, layout, and/or graphic design skills to facilitate appealing and effective communication using Adobe InDesign and Microsoft PowerPoint.
