Title: Lead Product Analyst Enterprise Performance Management

Location: New Brunswick, NJ (Day 1 ONSITE)

Engagement type : 1099/W2/C2C

Rate : $65/hr - 70/hr based on skill and experience.

Duration: Long term project

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with EPM squad team members on initiatives like Central Models to understand business needs.
Write business-language user stories aligned with Central Models and other initiatives.
Lead technical delivery of solutions aligned with user stories, including prototype development.
Act as primary IT collaborator with business stakeholders and Technical Product Owner (TPO).
Align on product development needs and clarify complex requirements through user stories and use cases.
Ensure clarity on roadmap activities, interdependencies, and due dates with all partners.
Provide oversight to operating support for existing products.
Partner closely with Global Process Owners, Business Product Owners, and Technology Services.
Maximize value of Anaplan solution prototyping while supporting development of functional requirements.
Support groundbreaking investment in Enterprise Performance Management technology.

Technical Stacks:

Qualifications and Requirement:

A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required. Preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
3 year preferred of relevant experience in defining and documenting requirements and supporting finance function.
Strong technical focus with prior work experience in financial planning and budgeting technology solutions is required ( OneStream, TM1, Hyperion, Anaplan, or similar)
Knowledge of Anaplan.
Experience with all aspects of the product development lifecycle as well as Agile methodology is preferred.
Experience working to bring products/services to market strongly desired. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
