Hand Caster 1st Shift and 2nd Shift

Join our team as a 1st Hand Caster.

1st Shift - Monday-Thursday 5am - 3:15pm 

2nd Shift - Monday -Thursday 3pm - 1am

Primary responsibilities:

The Hand Caster will have the responsibility of manually pouring urethane into prepared molds. Duties to include, general setup, prepping, pouring, demolding and trimming parts manually based on customer work standards. Good time management skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment is essential. Experience in related industry preferred, but not necessary. Our team is willing to train those with limited experience as long as you have a great attitude and dedication towards the work! 

Preferred experience:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
• Must be able to read and interpret documents such as blueprints, process sheets, policies and procedures and safety rules
• Capable of lifting 50 pounds
• Working knowledge of shop mathematics and ability to accurately use measurement tools and equipment is necessary.
• Self-motivated, problem solver who will maintain a positive working relationship with team members
• Excellent attendance record
