JOB STATEMENT

This position requires a person to perform various functions relative to operating the Liquid Gasket Machine. This person must interface with computers, make set ups from a process card, fill lamp housing orders by following an Order Shipment Report, and function as a team with another gasket machine member and operators from other shifts.

JOB DUTIES

1. Produce parts according to written procedures and instructions.

2. Interface with computers.

3. Take specifications for a setup from a process card and set the machine to those specifications.

4. Fill releases by following the Order/Shipment Report.

5. Put carton assemblies together, band cartons, move pallets and move completed parts into inventory, as required.

6. Focus on job details to provide quality finished products.

7. Work closely with Purchasing to ensure proper levels of packaging.
