General Responsibility
-Repair
During the molding process there are times that the parts will get damaged or have defects during the molding process. Our repair technicians utilize multiple different tools like grinders, sanders, buffers, and spray guns to work out imperfections. People who excel in this position are those that work well alone, self-manage, and have a good eye for detail. Willing to train the right candidate.
-Finish
The finishing team works to correct any imperfections and buffs the surface finish to ensure our parts meet our quality and customer’s expectations. Strong hand/eye coordination and attention to detail are critical components to this role. People who do well in this department are those who are good working alone in a fast-paced environment and managing their own workstation. Willing to train the right candidate.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
