Quality Control Inspector-3rd Shift

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control Inspector to join our team. As a Quality Control Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the required quality standards and specifications. Your expertise in quality assurance and inspection processes will play a crucial role in maintaining our commitment to delivering high-quality products to our customers. This position is M-F, 11pm-7:30am and comes with a $0.50 hourly shift differential pay.

Responsibilities:
- Perform quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products
- Utilize various measuring tools such as calipers, ROI's, Microscopes and other inspection equipment to verify product dimensions and specifications
- Conduct visual inspections to identify any defects or non-conformities
- Analyze quality data and generate reports on inspection findings
- Collaborate with production teams to address any quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with quality systems, industry standards, and regulatory requirements such as HACCP and FDA regulations
- Participate in internal audits and assist with external audits as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation of inspection results and records

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles, practices, and techniques
- Proficiency in using measuring tools such as calipers, CMM, and other inspection equipment
- Familiarity with quality systems and processes
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends or patterns
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
