Reporting to the Director of Sales, the role of Regional Account Manager is responsible for meeting sales growth requirements, increasing market share and developing key relationships with prospects/customers.
TERRITORY:
Montgomery/Auburn, Alabama
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Meet and exceed assigned sales objectives for assigned territory.
· Travel within assigned territory to call on targeted accounts.
· Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, close new business utilizing industry contacts, referrals from past partnerships, company data sources.
· Professionally drive a sense of urgency in accounts to increase purchasing decision time
· Effectively manage sales pipeline utilizing HubSpot CRM and consistent communication with management and marketing team
· Master all products, applications and sales process.
· Build consultative relationships with prospects and end users; maintain positive working relationships with operations team.
· Complete all administrative tasks including logging of sales activity in CRM, expense reports, new business forms, market feedback, etc.
· Attend and participate in sales meetings, training programs, conventions and trade shows as directed. Attend all regional, divisional and sector events including National Sales Meetings, corporate trainings.
· Maintain/exceed required activity level – Follow the established guidelines for number of calls / day/quotes generated and advancement of accounts and # contacts/account pipeline.
· Assist customers with orders and other related service issues
-Conduct quarterly business reviews with new accounts.
DEPARTMENT SPECIFIC/NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Utilize all forms of technology and data to analyze territory, effectively target accounts and pre-call planning
· Maintain knowledge of the current industry / competitive landscape, healthcare economics, reimbursement, competitors, and competitive products, etc.
· Interact and develop strong rapport with marketing team, sales operations, Customer Service/Onboarding, and consulting teams and other internal departments
· Resolve customer complaints in accordance with Company policy and advises sales management promptly of any situation beyond the Sales Representative’s authority
Qualifications
EDUCATION:
· Bachelor’s Degree
EXPERIENCE:
· Minimum of two years of sales experience.
-Aptitude for communicating scientific or technical information
-Ability to identify new clients and strengthen existing clients
· Evidence of top sales achievement with experience in multilevel account management is required
· A demonstrated and documented track record for quota attainment /exceeding sales objectives
· Clean driving record and Valid Driver's License
· Ability to travel inside assigned territory with potential for overnight travel. Ability to lift and/or more up to 35 pounds.

Salary: $45,000 - $65,000.00 per year
Commission Annual Target Range- $50,000-$150,000
