Key Responsibilities
- Write and edit blogs with information provided utilizing Chat GPT
- Repurpose content into social media posts
- Create and edit reels
- Create and maintain a content calendar
- Track KPIsand how many clients are coming in through website, networking, etc.
- Manage invoices and bookkeeping
- Create weekly and monthly financial projections
- Outreach for podcasts
- Make a list of podcasts for client to be on
- Pitch client to the podcast list
- Send headshot, bio, and book based on client's availability
- Repurpose podcast into social media content and blog post
- Jump in with other ad hoc tasks / projects as needed
- Platforms:
- SquareSpace
- Quickbooks
- YouTube
- TikTok
- Meta
- Flock
- Monday.com
- Canva
- Proficiency in SquareSpace, Instagram, LinkedIn, Flock, Monday.com, Canva
- Strong experience in social media
- A tech-savvy nature with the ability to quickly adapt to and master new tools and technologies
- Communication: Ability to communicate
- Organized: Ability to manage multiple tasks, platforms, and projects efficiently
- Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to all aspects of content and scheduling.
- Availability for a minimum of 10 hours per week
- Central, Eastern, or Mountain Time Zone
