Responsibilities Include: Leite unser EHS-Team und sorge für die Einhaltung aller relevanten Sicherheits- und Umweltvorschriften. Berate die Werksleitung effektiv in Sachen Gesetzgebung und Sicherheitskultur. Entwickle unsere EHS-Systeme weiter und setze innovative Sicherheitsprogramme um. Trage die Verantwortung als leitender Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsbeauftragter. Koordiniere sicherheitsrelevante Aktivitäten und stärke unser Brandverhütungskonzept. Sei die Hauptansprechperson für Behörden und Partner in EHS-Fragen. Fördere eine Null-Toleranz-Kultur in Sachen Arbeitssicherheit und Umweltschutz. Leite wichtige EHS-Audits und entwickle Maßnahmen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung. Qualifications: The following are required for the role Hochschulabschluss oder gleichwertiger Abschluss im Bereich Technik, Verfahrenstechnik oder Chemieingenieurwesen mit Ausbildung zum "Sicherheits- und Gesundheitsschutzbeauftragten" Langjährige Berufserfahrung, davon mehrjährige Erfahrung als Sicherheitsingenieur (w/d/m) in der chemischen Industrie sowie Erfahrung in der Leitung einer EHS-Abteilung, vorzugsweise in der chemischen Industrie Führungserfahrung und hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, außerdem die Fähigkeit zur Kommunikation auf verschiedenen Ebenen in einem Matrixumfeld Change Agent: du treibst Veränderung und Wandel voran Leidenschaftliche Denkweise und Arbeitseinstellung Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und fließende Englischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift) Folgende Anforderungen sind für die Rolle bevorzugt Eine Ausbildung zum/zur Störfallbeauftragten ist ein Plus What We Offer: At Momentive, we value your well-being and offer competitive total rewards and development programs.
