What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Product Manager position at Momentive?
What we're looking for
We are looking for a data-driven product manager to oversee the vision of the team responsible for building Momentive's Enterprise-level analytics and reporting capabilities, which is an essential part of Momentive's strategy to empower customers to gain actionable insights and achieve tangible results from their survey responses.

Our product managers collaborate closely with design, engineering, product marketing, and research teams to deliver best-in-class products. You will report to our Senior Manager of Product and will have the option to work entirely remotely, or from one of our offices, or a hybrid of both.
You will
- Blend internal and external inputs to provide a vision and roadmap for a unified analytics solution that serves the needs of all Momentive customers
- Conduct market and user research, identify industry trends, and undertake competitive analysis
- Cultivate customer empathy to develop deep insights into their needs and how our products can help them achieve better outcomes
- Become a subject matter expert in Momentive's survey products to identify key opportunities for improvement in analytics and reporting
- Develop detailed product requirements and work with Product Marketing to build GTM (go to market) plans for your product
- Work with a team of passionate engineers, data scientists, marketers, and product designers through iterative releases
- Use data to validate assumptions and make better product decisions
You have
- 6 years experience in Product Management at a technology company
- Expertise in data visualization and reporting best practices
- Expertise in statistical analysis including regressions and correlations
- Experience in qualitative and quantitative analysis
- Experience using a variety of BI or reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Experience leading complex, multi-team initiatives with a large number of internal and external stakeholders
- Deep user empathy and ability to advocate for new features with qualitative and quantitative reasoning
- Desired but not required: Research experience (market research, etc.)
- Working knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related quantitative field, or experience as a data scientist or analyst
