Our Technical Recruiting team finds people who bring a passion for Engineering, Product, and Design at Momentive. We're responsible for sourcing great talent, guiding them through our hiring process and promoting Momentive.
What we're looking for
You are creative, motivated and work well with both candidates and hiring managers. You develop recruiting strategies, find and engage targeted talent and help teams grow with every hire they make. From generating pipeline to coaching candidates through offers; you lead the entire candidate process. By using your knowledge of our clients' hiring needs and Momentive's unique culture, you match candidates with the career opportunities where they will thrive, grow, and make an impact. You will report directly to the Director of Technical Recruiting.
You will
- Run a full-cycle recruiting process with a focus on technical positions
- Partner with client groups to understand their hiring needs, provide strategy support, and improve to keep our recruiting process current with industry standards and attractive to candidates.
- Engage, screen and interview potential team members
- Facilitate interview process and hiring discussions with interviewers
- Guide the offer process including closing candidates
You have
- 4 years full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment
- Experience partnering with managers, interviewers and team members throughout the hiring process
- Experience with offer negotiations
- You have experience recruiting for software development, product management, or product design positions at a staffing agency or in-house at a corporation
