Growing, innovative law firm is seeking an ambitious experienced part-time or full-time “non-lawyery” (we made that word up so it won’t be in Blacks Law Dictionary, but we think it’ll resonate with the right person) attorney to join our Rockville-based practice. Taking a different approach to how we serve our clients, we act as outside counsel to entrepreneurs who share our passion for business and positive client relationships.

  • You consider yourself to be exceptional at corporate/business law (including drafting shareholders/operating agreements, reviewing/negotiating commercial leases, advising on employment-related topics) and you have a minimum of 7 years of legal experience in this area of practice
  • You are licensed to practice law in Maryland
  • You have a track record of being able to generate business
