Responsibilities:
- Characterize AAV vectors using molecular, cellular, and other techniques and assist in vector engineering and process development
- Evaluate and develop new cell biology, molecular biology, or equipment technologies to improve productivity, product quality, and shorten timelines
- Designing and execute lab-based experiments, generate and interpret data supporting the successful development of new assays and tests
- Contributing to the productivity of the group through a collaborative and flexible mindset driving the exchange of ideas
Qualifications:
- BS or MS or PhD in Biology, Biochemistry, Biochemical Engineering, Biotechnology or in a related field.
- Relevant experience with Flow cytometry from industry or academia.
- Experience with AAV/Viral Vectors preferred
- 1 years of research experience.
