Job Summary
This position reports to the Patient Access Director and is responsible for managing, monitoring, and driving improvement in front end Revenue Cycle functions including, but not limited to, payer verification, authorization procurement processes, and upfront patient collections, scheduling and pre-registration teams. Includes the supervision, direction and training of front-end Revenue Cycle functions. Responsible for workflow processes to ensure team works efficiently and effectively. Keeps with Mon Health policies and procedures.
Requirements
Preferred Bachelor’s degree in business, public and or health administration. High school degree or GED or highest level of completed education.

3-5 years management experience in Hospital Patient Financial Services.

Light Work: Frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 10 lbs. with a maximum lifting of 25 lbs.
