Electrical Superintendent ($48-$55/Hr.)
Monad is an expanding electrical and insulation contractor looking for an organized and team-oriented superintendent with experience in the Oil & Gas Industry. This individual will bring dedication, detail, and experience to high-quality construction & maintenance projects.
Position Summary:
Plan, lead, and coordinate ongoing projects with Monad personnel, customers, and suppliers. Manage work that is being performed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality. Project updates will be monitored, tracked, and communicated to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Perform Bid Walks & Review Drawings to Assist with Material Take-Off.
- Review Quotes & Assist with Material Purchasing/Tracking.
- Manage Scheduling, Duration, & Quality of Work - Performing Hands on Installation Where Necessary.
- Communicate w/ Customers, Fellow Subcontractors, & Monad Personnel to Meet Project Expectations.
- Oversee Field Safety - Manage Staffing & Equipment Implementing Safety Standards.
Qualifications:
- HS Diploma or Equivalent.
- Minimum of Three Years’ Experience as a Foreman or Superintendent in the Electrical Field.
- Minimum Five Years' Experience in the Electrical Trade.
- Experience in the Oil & Gas Sector.
- Experience Performing QA/QC, Project Lookaheads, & Bid Walks.
- Comfortable Communicating Project Scope, Concerns, & Planning with Customers & Co-Workers.
- Must Have Experience w/ Microsoft Office Programs.
Job Type:
- Full-Time (50 Hr. Work Week/10 Hr. Days).
- Travel: Wyoming, Colorado, and North Dakota (Per Diem).
Experience:
- Electrical: 5 Years (Preferred).
- Superintendent: 3 Years (Preferred).
License/Certification:

Pre-Employment:
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening along with random testing administered quarterly. Potential employees must be insurable and hold a valid driver’s license with experience towing trailers.
