Role

Monarch Home Services is looking for a Trainer that is self-driven with excellent interpersonal people skills, team player, above average communication skills and able to multi-task. Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, highly organized, and accustomed to working diligently. No slouches!!

Requirements

The role requires good communication with HR Director, Service Managers and Sales Managers. Our ideal trainer is diligent, values accuracy and has a good eye for detail, and is flexible, positive, and good at juggling priorities. Creating great curriculum that is relevant to our service and sales process. You will be responsible for keeping all training organized and up to date ensure that your trainees hit the ground running!

Responsibilities

Develops testing and evaluation procedures and conduct follow-up studies of all completed

training to evaluate and measure results.

Assess and measure the effectiveness of the training currently in place.

Meet weekly with managers to get feedback making the training program a leading edge program for the new team members.

Restructures existing training programs in conjunction with the Operational, General Manager, and CEO.

Create class calendars & tracks outstanding employees or low performers.

Develop new and improve training programs.

Coordinate Sales Training Development Programs.

Familiarity with creation of policies and procedures.

Develop and maintain appropriate competency training including record of employee

achievement through training levels.

Create a graduation process that recognizes students for excellence.

Qualifications

High School Diploma

Forward thinking, organized, efficiency minded, and detail oriented.

Good communication skills with some negotiating experience.

Familiar with Microsoft office Word/ Excel/Outlook and POWERPOINT!!!

Enthusiastic and driven, with a desire to learn and progress.

Must be able to successfully instruct employees.

Be able to show a history of previous teaching or training roles.
