We are actively interviewing a Special Projects Administrative Assistant to join our team.Feel free to check us out : Purpose : Under general supervision employee performs a wide variety of administrative and technical functions and duties as an assistant to the various departments.
Most actions are directed by the general policies and procedures of the organization. Within the limits of the employee’s assigned authority, the employee is expected to analyze and resolve problems independently.
Work involves receiving confidential correspondence, screening and independently handling a variety of inquiries by telephone, email, systems correspondence, and in person as well as maintaining a variety of records and files.
Employee is responsible for explaining program policies and procedures, for disseminating information to other employees pertaining to the operations of the organization. Essential Job Duties :
- Performs a wide range of administrative duties related to programs, database management, and general office support
- Partners with department and field leaders to assist with special projects including but not limited to processing License to Occupy requests, training administration related tasks, etc.
- Acts as point of contact for various departments, and provides information or refers inquires to proper personnel
- Reviews and ensures accuracy of outgoing correspondence, records, and / or reports
- Disseminate programs information
Experience Required :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 4 years’ management experience in multi-family housing
- Exceptional computer skills, demonstrating the ability to successfully and seamlessly navigate industry software (Yardi, Rent Café), including Microsoft Word / Office Suite
- Advanced knowledge of local, state, and federal resident and property management laws / guidelines
- Strong analytical, reporting, critical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills
