Monarch Lathes is seeking a 1st Shift Grinder Operator who will be responsible and a self motivated employee.
- Types of Grinding would include I.D. / O.D. Grinding- Universal and Surface Grinding, Acme
and Vee Thread Grinding

Other Duties would also include but not limited to:

- Machine setups and tear downs
- Read and interpret blueprints

- Using a variety of measuring devices such as snap guages, bore gauges, idicators,
micromteters, depth mics, calipers, etc.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure proper functioning
- Inspect finished products for quality and make adjustments as needed
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

```Qualifications:```
- Previous experience will be helpful. Training will be available
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints
- Familiarity with hand tools and basic math skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
