What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Assistant/Shop Helper position at MonDak Portables, LLC?
Duties
-Office secretary and some shop work when needed.
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of office and bathrooms, etc.
- Process customer transactions in our Summit Program for portable toilet rental.
- Provide rental information and assistance to customers
- Assist with scheduling deliveries, service and pickups.
Experience
- Previous experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
