LOCATION: Final Gift Pet Memorial Center- Middleboro, MA

SHIFT SCHEDULE: Mon,Tue, Wed, Thu, Sat; Fri and Sun off; Full-Time

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT/KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• No matter the task, you’ll prioritize quality, safety, and ethics
• Your daily duties may vary between assisting with pet cremations, driving service routes, and packaging
• Maintain daily cremation goals, producing cremains with an emphasis on compassion and excellence
• Take ownership of our machinery – making adjustments, providing feedback, and submitting maintenance requests 
• Assisting with the maintenance of pet cemetery
• Assisting customers with inquiries over the phone or in person  
• Adhere to all workplace safety policies, compliances and regulations
• Because Operations Team Members work cross-functionally, you may occasionally be required to drive company vehicles

WORKING CONDITIONS: 

• Frequent bending and lifting (65lb minimum weight)
• Certain PPE is required for different tasks, but we’ll provide that for you
• Overtime and weekend work may be available during busier times
• Working in varying temperatures – the area near the retorts can be very warm, while packaging areas are more of a controlled climate
