You independently operate and maintain at least one process, equipment or systems following autonomous maintenance (AM) standards and use your technical skills to improve line and / or system performance to meet business needs.

Education / Certifications :

• High School diploma or GED
• Valid Drivers License (Preferred)

Job specific requirements :

• General Work Experience in a Manufacturing Setting
• Ability to work in a safe manner
• Ability to work independently
• Operate manufacturing equipment and diagnose issues
• Work with HMI to control and monitor equipment
• Ability to climb multiple flights of stairs
• Ability to perform physical labor
• Ability to work from ladders and elevated platforms
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work overtime to support business needs
• Ability to work at heights
• General duties include : Cleaning, sweeping, loading and unloading trucks and railcars, operating Bobcat and Forklift

Work schedule :

• Mondelēz is a 3-shift operation. All new hires need to be open to all three shifts upon hire.
• Flexibility is required

Payrate :

$21.60 / Hour with opportunities to bid to higher paying roles
