Job Description
Moneta is seeking a skilled Bookkeeper for our thriving client team. This role will involve utilizing Bill.com or an equivalent application to establish and manage a comprehensive bill-pay process. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for bill payment, bookkeeping, reconciliations, and cash management reporting. Essential Responsibilities
- Bill Pay Process Creation and Management: Develop and implement a streamlined bill pay process using Bill.com or an equivalent aggregating software to process vendor invoices for accurate and timely payment
- Transaction Management: Download, classify, and import transactions from client bank accounts and credit cards into QuickBooks or an equivalent application
- Account Reconciliations: Reconcile bank statements, cash app and credit card activities monthly
- Compliance Reporting: Prepare and ensure timely submission of monthly compliance reports, obtaining necessary signatures and maintaining records in Laserfiche
- Ad Hoc Reporting: Generate and provide specialized reports for clients and partners as needed
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience as a bookkeeper is required
- Education: Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required
- Technical Proficiency:
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook)
- Experience with QuickBooks/Quicken Desktop software
- Familiarity with Bill.com and Salesforce is advantageous but not essential

Moneta is a fiduciary fee-only Registered Investment Advisory firm and unable to hold securities licenses with the exception of Series 65. We also do not allow outside business activities, insurance commissions and/or trails.
Salary : $43,800 - $55,500
