A day in the life of a Moneytree Print Production and Fulfillment Specialist (Administrative Services Specialist I)

As a Moneytree Print Production and Fulfillment Specialist (Administrative Services Specialist I), helps maintain the overall operations of Administrative Services and is responsible for (1) copying, printing, finishing, fulfillment, shipping and receiving, warehouse activities, inventory, mailing and distribution functions; (2) making daily runs to the Post Office to retrieve mail; and (3) performing quality checks on work in process and finished jobs to avoid errors or waste. You will be responsible to:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all Moneytree Team Members
• Maintain inventory and warehouse
• Print and mail letters generated by the Payment Center
• Print and finish internally-produced materials
• Distribute marketing materials
• Plan and prioritize daily and long-range projects; complete projects within deadlines
• Bring questions, concerns, and ideas to management’s attention in a timely manner
• Promote a professional image at all times by wearing clothing designed for a business setting
• Perform other duties as required or assigned

What you will bring

• Ability to manage a large workload and produce high-quality work product
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Proficiency with computers and job-specific software
• Strong interpersonal/communication skills
• Works well both independently and as part of a Team
• Develops and maintains excellent working relationships with coworkers, internal Customers, and vendors
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new responsibilities

Requirements

• Driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a warehouse/fulfillment environment
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Experience with copiers, laser printers, and postal equipment, including folding and inserting equipment
• Experience with shipping and copier production software
