A day in the life of a Moneytree Vault Teller

As a Moneytree Vault Teller, you are our Customers' front-line relationship manager responsible for delivering personalized, friendly service and helping our Customers with all their financial service needs. As a Moneytree Vault Teller you will be responsible for:

• Safeguarding vault assets
• Ensuring the Branch is opened and closed on time
• Preparing daily reports and statements
• Cashing checks
• Processing loans and payments
• Selling money orders
• Processing wire transfers
• Managing and balancing a cash drawer
• Learning and developing your technical and customer service skills through ongoing training programs
• Working as part of an elite customer service Team!

What you will bring

• Enthusiasm, positivity and a willingness to learn and grow
• Professional, friendly, helpful demeanor and image
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• 6 months retail, sales or customer service experience
• Keyboarding and cash handling experience
• Ability to work flexible work hours, including weekends
• Fluency in English – We pay more for bilingual English/Spanish speakers!
