Monkey Rock in El Paso, TX is looking for one lead bartender to join our team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and reliable.

Responsibilities

  • Verify identification and age requirements of customers
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism
  • Mix traditional and creative cocktails
  • Process payments
  • Knowledge and experience managing a POS system
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work area
  • Record and balance cash receipts and prepare cash deposits
  • Open/Close maintain tabs throughout shifts
  • Create a fun professional atmosphere for guest
  • Follow alcohol procedures for preventing intoxication and or dealing with intoxicated guest
  • Adheres to proper alcohol handling, sanitization, and safety procedures and maintains appropriate dating, labeling, and rotation of all beverage items
  • Coordinates supply inventory for bar and submits orders
  • Follow all bar recipes to deliver consistent product, control cost and maximize guest satisfaction
  • Complete knowledge of menu and daily specials

Qualifications

  • Must have 2 years experience
  • Valid TABC/ ServSafe Certification
  • Manage time properly
  • Stand for long periods of time

Monday-Friday

Nights/Weekend
