A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
In this vital Administrative Assistant role, you are an essential person sought out for support when it comes to keeping our company running seamlessly! You lead the charge when it comes to completing office duties accurately and efficiently. You are responsible for a variety of office duties as well as providing great administrative support to our management team and President.
As an administrator, you are good at looking ahead and anticipating needs before they come to the surface. With great attention to detail, you enter data into our CRM including invoices, material purchases, vendor information, etc. You monitor and enter timekeeping for all field employees daily. You assist in ordering and restocking of all marketing material. Being organized and prepared, you keep files in order, streamline operations, and keep on top of ordering office and kitchen supplies. You take great pride in your role and enjoy keeping everything running smoothly!
QUALIFICATIONS
- Administrative Staff experience of 2 years
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
