Position Summary, Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Shipping Clerk assists with the administrative functions of the warehouse. This can include shipping and receiving goods, issuing products and materials, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
General Duties:

Daily scheduling of outbound shipments

Inbound receipts from vendors
-
Processing related paperwork and documentation into the D365system
-
Order processing-Printing, Keying, Routing, Etc.

Emailing shipments/receipts
-
Prepare warehouse KPI metrics
-
Perform visual checks of all incoming packages to check for damage during shipment and record or refuse products as practices dictate
-
Process outgoing packages
-
Assist in conducting scheduled inventory counts

Performs other general warehouse duties as needed.
Qualifications
Education, Experience, and Additional Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years of age.

1 year of experience working in a warehouse environment, handling inventory, shipping, and receiving responsibilities

Ability to use equipment safely, including operating forklifts, scissor lifts, or pallet jacks
-
Must possess a valid state driver’s license
-
Ability to understand and communicate effectively.

Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite
