Assistant Project Manager

Monolith Construction LLC is seeking to hire an Assistant Project Manager with 3 years of management experience.

The successful candidate for Assistant Project Manager will be responsible to assist the Project Manager (or higher) organize, plan, coordinate and execute overseeing the day-to-day operations of single or multiple projects that range from $500,000.00-50,000,000.00 in the greater Knoxville, TN area. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced team environment in a small company atmosphere.

Routine duties of the position consist of but are not limited to:

· Organization and review of submittals to ensure conformance to the project’s requirements

· Contract creation and assignment during the buyout process

· Organize and effective assign Purchase Orders to the superintendents for material purchases

· Maintain project files per Monolith Construction procedure standards

· Record, enter and distribute meeting minutes to stakeholders

· Create, update and maintain project reporting for clients and owner teams

· Assist as needed to obtain project updates for billings

· Professionally coordinate communication with Design Team, Owners, Employees, Suppliers and Subcontractors

· Maintain positive and energetic attitude while performing under project demands and deadlines

· Effectively write reports and prepare other project documentation

· Prepare contracts, review A/R for projects and efficiently coordinate with office

Requirements for the position:

· Have 3 years of experience in Construction Management that demonstrates professional ability

· Preferably possess BS in Construction Management or Civil Engineering

· A strong competency with Microsoft Office, Project and Procore

· Have a high level of organizational skills
