What you'll do in the role:
- Guide and direct staff of skilled maintenance professionals, maintenance shift leads and maintenance support personnel engaged in activities involving the installation, monitoring, and maintenance of plant equipment and facilities.
- Participate in programs to plan, execute, review, and improve maintenance reliability activities
- Oversee planning and scheduling of all maintenance repairs and preventive maintenance activities for the plant.

Your environment:
- Most of your work will be performed in-plant or within the engineering office at the OC1 Plant in Nebraska. Less than 10% travel may be required for visiting other Monolith sites in the Lincoln, Nebraska area.
