General Service Technician

```Job Summary```
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and performing a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks on vehicles.

```Duties```
- Perform vehicle maintenance and repair tasks, including but not limited to oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and battery replacements.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot automotive issues using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Conduct automotive diagnostics to identify mechanical problems and propose appropriate solutions.
- Perform tire services such as mounting, balancing, and alignment.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and other specialized equipment to complete repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of all services performed on vehicles.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering any questions they may have.

```Qualifications```
- Strong mechanical knowledge and experience in automotive repair.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and other automotive repair equipment.
- Familiarity with automotive diagnostics software and systems.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
