Description:

As a Modern Device Management Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the security, efficiency, and seamless operation of our organization’s IT infrastructure. Your expertise in cloud technologies, particularly Entra ID/Azure AD, Microsoft Intune, and Azure Virtual Desktop will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and managing robust solutions. Additionally, your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical support will contribute to our overall success. This is a full onsite position.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and Deployment:

  • Architect secure and scalable cloud infrastructure using Entra ID, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Microsoft Intune.
  • Ensure seamless integration of MDM solutions with existing systems.
  • Implement best practices for cloud resource allocation and management.

2. Monitoring and Incident Resolution:

  • Monitor cloud resources and services using Azure tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve cloud-related issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to address incidents effectively.

3. Policy Development and Documentation:

  • Develop and maintain cloud policies and standards.
  • Document configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal guidelines.

4. Technology Evaluation and Recommendations:

  • Stay up to date with emerging cloud technologies.
  • Evaluate new solutions and recommend enhancements.
  • Optimize existing cloud deployments for cost-effectiveness.

5. Collaboration and Solution Delivery:

  • Work closely with IT Staff, employees, and other stakeholders.
  • Deliver high-quality Intune deployment and cloud solutions aligned with business requirements.
  • Foster a collaborative environment to drive innovation.

6. Conference Room Setup:

  • Configure and maintain conference rooms with Microsoft Teams and Zoom integrations.
  • Ensure seamless communication and collaboration for meetings and presentations.
Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Entra ID, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Microsoft Intune.
  • Proficiency in cloud security, networking, and automation.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Windows Server versions 2016 and 2019.
  • Certification in Microsoft Intune, Azure, or related cloud technology
  • Bonus: Experience with Azure Sentinel, Microsoft Defender, and Network management.
