Overview of the Position:
· Support the Office of the Registrar to ensure that students are served well and records are appropriately filed/archived for Student Record Integrity.
Core Responsibilities:
· Assist with phone traffic to ensure that students are served in timely and an effective manner
· Scan and archive student records
· Assist Registrar Office Manager with student letter requests

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 28 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Evenings as needed
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
