Job Description:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Cleans and maintains restroom facilities, including stocking soap and paper dispensers.
- Sweeps and mops floors, hallways, entrance areas and stairwells.
- Cleans school furniture, dusts woodwork, stair railings and window blinds.
- Empties trash, recycling bins and pencil sharpeners.
- Cleans classroom chalkboards and white boards.
- Vacuums carpeting and furniture.
- Washes wall surfaces, tables, chairs, desks, counter tops and glass areas.
- Straightens table and chairs in classrooms, common areas, and cafeteria and lounge areas.

Requirements:
Required Qualifications:
- Must be a Monroe County Resident.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Cleaning experience in a large institution such as a school or medical facility is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: to be determined by department needs
Salary: $32,419.18
