The Monroe Health Center is seeking a Front Office Specialist for our Forest Hill office. Are you passionate about helping patients experience a great medical office visit? Look no further because our Forest Hill office is looking for you! We’re seeking a Front Office Specialist with medical office experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience using Electronic Medical Software and be passionate about patient satisfaction.
Responsibilities include checking patients in and out, scheduling appointments, collecting co-pays, verifying insurance and patient demographics, managing the front office, staying organized, prioritizing and performing other related duties. If you are a hardworking, reliable team player who always puts patients first, we encourage you to apply. Must have great communication skills and be able to establish a good rapport with patients and staff. The office hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30pm, no weekends.
