Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with an interest in sales to join our team as an Entry Level Outside Sales Rep! This is an exciting opportunity for someone interested in pursuing sales or looking to continue to develop their sale skills and experience. This position will represent some of the premier brands in the construction industry and focus on The Home Depot and Lowe's accounts.

Responsibilities Include:

• Regularly visit assigned accounts to establish and grow relationships
• Promote Monsma.com as the industry leading e-commerce solution for simple customer ordering and account management satisfaction
• Consistently schedule and execute product training sessions and educational events
• Capture sales related activities in a robust CRM system to help you increase sales efficiency
• Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge of all products and product lines

Qualifications:

• Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills
• Sales experience, preferably in the Building Materials Industry, a plus but not required
• Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet activity and sales goals
• Comfortability in communicating
• Flexibility to attend events that may be outside normal working hours for trade shows and educational events
• Clear driving record
