Position Summary:
Manage and evaluate both the compensation and benefits functions for the organization. Participate in the design of the total reward plan, create a global grade structure based on job evaluation, hierarchy, and market research to determine fair pay for each position. Collaborate with outside companies to provide health, dental, vision, life insurance and other wellness programs to our global employees.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Oversees the development and implementation of total reward compensation and benefits strategies, ensuring competitive and equitable rewards to attract, retain, and motivate employees.  Craft compensation and benefits policies that align with organizational goals
  • Conduct market research to determine fair pay for each position and maintain salary range and internal equity alignment. Ensure we are offer competitive wages to attract the top talent in the field for the long commitment to the company.
  • Oversee the participation in salary surveys and monitors salary survey data to ensure corporate compensation objectives are achieved. Develop techniques for compiling, preparing and presenting survey data.
  • Administer global annual processes with proficiency and accuracy ‐‐ annual compensation review, annual bonus, Long Term Grants/Performance Cash Plan, Deferred Compensation plan, annual open enrollment for benefits, 1094‐1095 filing, 5500 filing, and so much more.
  • Provide advice to corporate staff on pay decisions, policy interpretations, and job evaluations.  Create training materials and reference guides as needed.
  • Work with outside companies to provide health, dental, vision and life insurance, retirement, investing and other wellness programs to their employees. Maintain a good relationship with vendors and manage all interactions.
  • Recommend benefits programs to management by studying employee requirements, trends, and developments in benefits offered by other organizations
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing laws and regulations and updates to legal requirements. Stay up to date and maintain compliance with federal and state regulations such as minimum wage and overtime rules, leave of absence administration legislation, workers' compensation/Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards.

Position Requirements:

  • Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of ‐‐ Human Resources management, Labor Relations, Business Administration and management, Finance or related field of study.
  • More than 5 years of experience in human resources, three (3) years in a supervisory role or higher
  • More than 5 years of experience in progressively responsible experience in employee compensation, total rewards administration
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office specifically Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Indirect, large data manipulation) and PowerPoint.
  • Working knowledge of UKG ‐‐ report building a plus
  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM‐CP), Senior Certified Professional (SHRM‐SCP), Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) credential or Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) credential preferred.
  • Detail orientation ‐‐ pay meticulous attention to all aspects of a situation or task, no matter how small or seemingly unimportant.
  • Goal orientation ‐‐ act to stay focused on the task objective and perform in accordance with clear expectations and goals.
  • Organizational skills ‐‐ be structured and methodical in working skills.
  • Problem solving skills ‐‐ recognize course of action which can be taken to handle problems or potential problems, and applying contingency plans to solve those problems.

Pay Range : $135,000 - $160,000
