Sr. Sales Portal Manager

Position Summary:

The Sr. Sales Portal Manager will be responsible for product managing the Monster Garage (Internal SharePoint Sales Portal) and act as supervisor to SharePoint Development team. In this role the candidate will work act as a solution architect to meet the needs of our internal customers. He/She will be tasked with the creation and execution of roadmap of project decided upon by Senior leadership. Act as a subject matter expert on Microsoft Technology stack as well as
new merging technologies that Monster looks to leverage.

Essential Job Functions:

• Manage SharePoint Development Team including but not limited to providing mentorship/guidance, Act as Senior developer, assigning projects, conducting year end reviews, hiring, and managing workload.
• Develop/maintain custom SPFX web parts.
• Represent team in meeting with leadership.
• Focuses on creating tools that help the end users improve sales execution utilizing SharePoint
• Provide training to the Monster Garage users after issues have been resolved.
• Function as liaison between IT/Vendors and sales force to collect requirements, issue logging and tracking.
• Stay up to date on Microsoft and new Technology that can be leveraged by Monster.
• Create sites, lists, and libraries to support the Business initiatives.
• Ensure content is up to date and relevant. (Including pages, documents, and video content)
• Provide end user training to all levels from basic users navigating the site to content managers maintaining up to date materials.
• Act as the main point of contact for all site questions, improvements, and troubleshooting.
• Recommend procedure modifications or improvements to improve overall User Experience
• Preserve and grow your knowledge of Garage help desk procedures and Monster Energy’s sales tools
• Flexibility to travel as needed

Position Requirements:

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or Related Major
• Preferred a minimum of 5 years experience in product managing/solutions architect
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Experience with SharePoint in an Administrator and Developer role
• Experience using Microsoft Power Suite of Tools.
• Strong front end UI web designer skills
• Strong understanding of Systems Engineering concepts and practices
• Working knowledge of help desk software, databases and remote control
• Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.
• Microsoft Certifications a plus!

Pay Range: $87,210 - $102,600
